Refund policy
BWD Home Furnishings, a division of Beverley Way Designs, Inc., (SELLER) has a 7-day return policy for its products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Buyer will be required to confirm both delivery and acceptability with the shipper before the item is released into their care by the shipper.
Returns will only be fully reimbursed for the total delivered price (including freight and taxes) for problems that are due to the wrong product being delivered, verified and confirmed "Item Not As Described" (INOD) issues, or caused by shipping/ delivery damage.
Item Not As Described claims
We take great care in providing numerous photos from multiple angles, as well as thorough descriptions of our products including relevant dimensions and any appearance or condition issues on our website product pages. Please review the item's photographs and product information carefully, as a full refund will only be processed for validated INOD concerns upon:
1) receipt by SELLER via email of proof of the concern (including photos and description of the concern). If accepted and verified by SELLER, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and number will be issued via email to the buyer.
2) Subsequent receipt at SELLER's location of the product, in its original condition as per the additional terms referenced below.
Freight for returns based on other reasons than delivery damage, wrong product delivered or INOD issues will require that the buyer arrange and pay for return freight to our location, including applicable freight insurance. Proof of payment for return freight and insurance will be required by SELLER prior to release of refund. This can be sent to customer.service@bwdfurnishings.com.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received by SELLER in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (beyond any wear conditions described or photographed on our product page), with any tags or labels, and in its original packaging, if applicable. You will also need to supply a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and your RGA number with the return shipment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a Return Goods Authorization number will not be refunded.
